Secret Service agent Ethan Burke arrives in the bucolic town of Wayward Pines, ID, on a mission to find two missing federal agents.
But instead of answers, Ethan's investigation only turns up more questions.
What's wrong with Wayward Pines? Each step closer to the truth takes Ethan further from the life he knew, from the husband and father he was, until he must face the terrifying reality that he may never get out of Wayward Pines alive.
I've just started watching this series, and only 25 minutes in I can't help but wonder if this is not just a ripoff from the very successful BBC's "Life on Mars" and "Ashes to Ashes"? Since I've only just started watching, I'm not sure, but there doesn't seem to be any other explanation.
This one starts off pretty good and gets you intrigued quickly. I binged the first season fairly quick and I don't usually do that.
Sorry for a review when I've only watched 2 episodes. But it is so DUMB.
