When her marriage to a mysterious viscount is arranged to end an escalating feud, earl's daughter Brooke Whitworth must convince her intended of her resolve to go through with the marriage to protect her family's estate and escape a loveless life.
A few wonk bits, but overall an excellent story.
I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed how the main characters interacted and all the little surprises that popped up along the way.
More on Heroine's POV rather than hero. I would have enjoyed it more if i could see more of the hero's thought.
